Siraj, Endocrinology, and Dr. Roy Steinhouse, Psychiatry.  Studies support that a multidisciplinary approach reduces diabetic complications and decreases the incidence of hospital re-admissions.  This collaboration will be used to help decrease the morbidity and mortality associated with diabetes, as well as decreasing the incidence of misdiagnoses or delay in diagnosis through physician education.
